Christian Education Made Easy

Author: Carol T

BBHeroesFrontWe want our children to enjoy learning about God’s ways and His Bible, to be drawn back to it time and time again. What a great goal. To make that happen, the material we have must be entertaining as well as teaching.

The Beginners Bible is a Christian educational computer game that uses games and interesting stories to hold children’s attention and get them to cooperate in the learning process.

It Adds Up To Better Grades

Author: Carol T

QPMathThere are many games out there that entertain and kill time, keep the kids out of your hair for a while, but games that actually make for better grades are rarer. Math is a skill many kids don’t think they can do. The stress the attempt makes on them increases the difficulty of learning. Practicing a skill in a fun, nonthreatening environment can make kids more comfortable with skills they need to learn.

Quick Pix is a kid’s educational game made to teach without kids knowing they’re learning. Quick Pix Math plays like many other card games. The object is to gain control of pairs. But the pairs are math questions and answers. The quickest one to match the right answer to the question gets the pair. This is a great way to get kids comfortable with math. Geared for ages seven and up.

A Christian Venue for Learning Basic Skills

Author: Carol T

Charlie_Pres_CPUAs Christian parents, we tend to look in dismay at the ratio of Christian training our children receive compared to the secular. School, friends, outside activities and TV tend to lead our children in different directions then God’s Word tells us is right and good. So many of our children fall by the wayside in their Christian walk as they grow.

One way to help our children gain the right instruction is by making playtime fun and Biblically educational. The Charlie the Church Mouse computer games do just that. A Christian computer game teaching Bible stories and also educational skills. This is a win-win for your child and they will love the familiar tales and age-based games. Charlie comes in three different age levels, preschool, kindergarten, and early elementary. He makes learning God’s Word fun and gives your child an increased Bible-time ratio. Taking a Bite out of Math

Author: Carol T

mathsharkWhen kids get behind in math, its very hard to catch up without a tutor and a lot of work. I remember my oldest struggling with a concept and just as he began to get it, the class went on to something else and when they hit that subject again he had to start all over again. It was frustrating for him and his dad and I. Math is an important subject and needs to be firmly implanted.

The Math Shark is a portable educational computer game encourages repetition and is a great travel game for car trips. Your child is learning and keeping occupied at the same time. Studying these basic math concepts will improve all the math your child needs to learn and his or her teachers will definitely notice the difference. Even for the math-inept, math is doable. It just needs the right reinforcement. This game is suggested for ages six and up.
